Two women were arrested Monday night after allegedly being spotted taking merchandise from the Seneca Falls Walmart.
63-year-old Patricia Bruno, of Auburn, and 60-year-old Brenda Messer, of Mims, Florida, are accused of taking merchandise that was held for sale and proceeding past all points of sale with no attempt to render payment. Police say the two women conspired to commit the theft together.
Bruno and Messer were each charged with petit larceny and conspiracy.
