A month ago, police were called to a Welker Road residence in Barrington for the report of a juvenile female who was experiencing an unknown medical condition.
An investigation into the incident resulted in the Yates County Sheriff’s Office arresting 40-year-old Jeffrey Klapp, of Clifton Springs, and 38-year-old Adele Hadley, of Barrington on charges of endangering the welfare of a child. Both are accused of allowing the juvenile to eat a brownie with THC in it.
