The investigation into an incident that occurred on September 22nd at the Suites at Laker Landing in the town of Hopewell resulted in the arrest of two 18-year-olds.
Ethan James, of Lockport, and Ryan Jennings, of Webster, are accused of intentionally damaging property belonging to another resident.
The duo was charged with criminal mischief and released on appearance tickets for Hopewell Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
