A 71-year-old Trumansburg woman was arrested by the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office following the investigation into an alleged domestic violence incident.
Carol Marsh was taken into custody on charges of aggravated family offense and menacing following the incident on Heverly Road in Hector.
Following her arraignment, Marsh was sent to Schuyler County Jail.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
