The investigation into a trespass complaint in the village of Penn Yan early Wednesday morning resulted in the arrest of a Canandaigua man.
Isaac Woodworth is accused of entering a home in the village without permission from the owner and remaining unlawfully for a length of time.
Woodworth was charged with criminal trespass and was held in police custody until arraignment in Yates County CAP Court.
