A Tompkins County man has been arrested after he was allegedly spotted spray-painting swastikas on a home.
When Troopers arrived at the property on Main Street in the village of Freeville, they found Bryan Dickenson and took him into custody. The 43-year-old was charged with two counts of aggravated harassment and was brought to the Tompkins County Jail to await arraignment.
The investigation is ongoing.
