Bailee Jarabek was treated by EMTs on the scene of the crash that occurred on Mcdonald Road at around 3 Tuesday morning.
During the investigation, it was determined by the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office that the Throop resident was driving drunk. In addition to DWI, Jarabek was charged with Driving with a BAC of .08 or higher due to providing a breath sample of .12. She was also ticketed for an unsafe lane change.
