The investigation into an altercation that took place earlier this month in Yates County resulted in the arrest of three people.
25-year-old Mackenzie Eaves, of Dundee, along with 25-year-old Deczember Hotaling and 24-year-old Malik Moore, both of Penn Yan, were each charged with disorderly conduct. The charges stem from a February 8th altercation. No further details were released.
Hotaling, Eaves, and Moore were released on appearance tickets for Starkey Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
