Three Wayne County residents are in jail after being charged with felony robbery.
38-year-old Layne Dagata, of Sodus, and 49-year-old William Gahr of Williamson are accused of forcibly stealing $200 from a victim after threatening the use of a dangerous instrument while at a convenience store in Marion. The duo is also accused of stealing $100 from the victim while at a Willaimson laundromat. 55-year-old Carol Shannon, of Williamson, was arrested for assisting Gahr and Dagata in the commission of the robberies.
Shannon and Gahr were sent to jail without bail and Dagata was jailed in lieu of bail.
