54-year-old Joseph Hojnoski was arrested on a Superior Court Warrant on felony charges of criminal possession and criminal sale of a controlled substance. He was also charged with felony tampering with physical evidence.

47-year-old Kimberly Jerrells was charged with a felony count of criminal possession of a controlled substance and 33-year-old Michelle Burleson was charged with misdemeanor criminally using drug paraphernalia.

Hojnoski was transported to the Steuben County Jail for arraignment where he remains held with the opportunity for bail. Jerrells and Burleson were released following their CAP arraignments.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
