Three Accused of Unlawfully Dealing With a Child in Seneca Falls

SHARE NOW

Police in Seneca Falls say three people were arrested Saturday after a complaint from a local business.

Officers took 66-year-old Kathleen Rogers, 21-year-old Emily Campese, and 55-year-old Richard Taylor-Doty into custody on Saturday. All three are accused of unlawfully dealing with a child in the first degree, which is a misdemeanor.

The trio was released with appearance tickets and will have to answer the charge in Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
