Police have arrested a Clifton Springs man who they alleged sent several Snapchats to his victim stating he was going to shoot him and his family while allegedly displaying a pistol.
The alleged incident involving Angel Ortiz, Junior, happened on August 24th. The 23-year-old is also alleged to have called the victim repeatedly.
Ortiz was charged with two counts of aggravated harassment and was released on appearance tickets.
