A third person has been arrested in connection with an incident that happened last December where a juvenile child was allegedly drinking alcohol at a residence in Lyons.
It is alleged that 34-year-old Mysti Martin was moving into an apartment on Spencer Street on December 13th and had help from her ex-husband Robert Homer and his friend Richard Brown. Brown and Marvin became intoxicated and during the night, Homer and Marvin chose to go to the store and leave an underage person with Brown, who was still intoxicated. Brown is alleged to have allowed the juvenile to drink alcohol.
Marvin was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and unlawfully dealing with a child and released on appearance tickets for Lyons Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
