A Texas woman was arrested by Seneca Falls Police after she was found passed out in her car.
An investigation determined that 36-year-old Gilisa Currington, of McKinney, Texas, had allegedly driven her car while intoxicated. Currington was charged with DWI and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Currington was processed and transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await CAP Court
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
