An 18-year-old from Fort Worth, Texas, was arrested by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office on a petit larceny charge.
It was discovered on Sunday that Riley Mabutas had allegedly stolen $152.99 worth of merchandise belonging to the Von Maur store at Eastview Mall.
Mabutas was released on an appearance ticket for Victor Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
