A traffic stop just after midnight Friday morning on Central Ave at West Lake Road in Keuka Park resulted in the arrest of a 19-year-old Texas man.
Johnathan Joseph was initially pulled over for speeding. During the course of the traffic stop, Joseph performed a series of standardized field sobriety tests. Joseph was subsequently arrested and taken to Soldiers and Sailors Hospital for a chemical test.
Joseph was then taken to the Yates County Jail on a charge of Driving While Ability Impaired and will answer the charge in Jerusalem Town Court.
