A 19-year-old Rochester man has been charged following a shoplifting incident at Macy’s in the Town of Victor.
According to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, Tyrone Rudolph was taken into custody on Monday after allegedly passing all points of sale without paying for $228.50 worth of merchandise.
Rudolph was charged with larceny and issued an appearance ticket for Victor Town Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
