Seneca County Sheriff Tim Thompson reports the arrest of a 20-year-old Syracuse woman on two counts of petit larceny.
The arrest of Julianna Latray stems from a theft that occurred at two local businesses in Junius on December 28th. Latray is alleged to have returned to the same two stores she had stolen from the week prior. Employees recognized her and called 911.
Latray was taken into custody and transported to the Seneca County Law Enforcement Center, where she was processed and then released on appearance tickets.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
