A Syracuse man was charged with Felony DWI after Seneca Falls Police received the report of a person driving in the wrong lane and into oncoming traffic on several occasions.
The car David Kerwin was driving was stopped in the parking lot of Burger King and it was determined he had been allegedly driving while intoxicated. Kerwin’s charges became felonies after it was learned he had two prior convictions of drunken driving.
In addition to the felony, Kerwin was also ticketed for driving an uninspected motor vehicle, consumption of alcohol in a motor moving, moving from lane unsafely, driving in the center lane, failure to use a designated lane, and failure to keep right.
David was released on an appearance ticket for Seneca Falls Town Court.
