A Syracuse man is facing charges in Cayuga County following the investigation into a larceny complaint.
43-year-old Sean Hill was allegedly found to be in possession of merchandise that was reportedly stolen from Tractor Supply in Sennett.
Hill was charged with petit larceny and released on an appearance ticket.
The Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office reports Hill also had outstanding warrants with New York State Police and was turned over to Troopers after processing.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
