Police received a call stating there was a mad in the parking lot at Ron Begys Garage on State Route 104 in the town of Ontario acting strange and dropping to his knees. The investigation determined 23-year-old Kyle Hellestern had allegedly driving in an intoxicated condition.
Hellestern was transported to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office where he voluntarily submitted to a chemical test, which resulted in a .14% BAC. He was issued appearance tickets for Driving While Intoxicated and Driving While Intoxicated with a BAC of .08% or greater.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
