A suspicious activity complaint in the village of Penn Yan resulted in the arrest of a Dansville man on an active bench warrant.
While interviewing the individuals involved, it was discovered 49-year-old Troy Struble had a warrant out of Livingston County.
Struble was taken into custody and was transferred over to the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
