A Summerhill is facing a felony charge after allegedly violating an order of protection.
According to the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to an address in the town for the report of a domestic incident on April 28. An investigation revealed that Kevin Gulliver had violated an order of protection by threatening physical harm to the victim.
Gulliver was charged with Criminal Contempt. During his arraignment the following day bail was set at $4,000 cash or $8,000 bond. Gulliver posted bail and was released.
He is set to appear in Summerhill Town Court at a later date to answer the charge against him.
