A Steuben County woman was arrested on a criminal trespass charge in Seneca Falls.
Angela Vickio, of Avoca, was arrested due to a prior domestic incident that happened on August 31st. It is alleged that Vickio remained unlawfully at a residence where she was previously banned from.
Vickio was brought to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
An Order of Protection was requested on behalf of the victim.
The Seneca Falls Police Department was assisted by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
