A joint investigation by the Steuben County Child Advocacy Center and State Police has resulted in the arrest of a 21-year-old woman on felony sexual abuse charges.
Taniqua Davis is accused of providing an 11-year-old with concentrated cannabis and subjecting the child to sexual contact over a two-day period. The Erwin resident was also charged with misdemeanor criminal sale of cannabis and endangering the welfare of a child.
Davis was sent to Steuben County Jail to await arraignment.
