A Steuben County woman will appear in Victor Town Court following her arrest at the Eastview Mall on Thursday.
Melissa Paoletti, of Hornell, is alleged to have passed all points of sale without rendering payment for $236 worth of merchandise.
Paoletti is charged with petit larceny and will appear in Victor Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
