A town justice in Steuben County is accused of driving drunk with a child in the car.
Julie Kuck was arrested by New York State Police for allegedly driving drunk with a child under the age of 15 as a passenger, which is a felony. The 39-year-old Kuck was also charged with DWI and driving with a blood alcohol content over .08%, both misdemeanors.
Kuck is the justice for the town of Lindley. As of Friday, she was still listed on the town’s website as its justice.
