A Steuben County man who allegedly ran a red light in front of a Penn Yan Police Officer Monday night was arrested after it was determined his license was suspended.
Nicolas Medina’s driving privileges were suspended for allegedly failing to answer a summons out of Erwin Town Court.
Medina, of Woodhull, was cited for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and running a stop light and will appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
