Steuben County Man Charged With Felony Menacing

State Police have arrested a Steuben County man following the investigation into an incident that happened in the county last month.

59-year-old Thomas Parsels, of Avoca, was charged with felony menacing and misdemeanor harassment for the incident that happened on April 13th in the village of North Hornell.

Following his arrest, Parsels was sent to Steuben County Jail to await arraignment.
