The Steuben County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a 29-year-old Thurston man.
It is alleged that during a domestic incident, Garrett Ragusa choked and unlawfully restrained another person. It is further alleged that Ragusa damaged the property.
Due to being previously convicted of a family offense in the past five years, Ragusa was charged with felony aggravated family offense. He was also charged with unlawful imprisonment, a felony, criminal obstruction of breathing and criminal mischief.
Ragusa was being held at the Steuben County Jail without bail.
