A Steuben County man has been charged with arson.
Police say Denzel Brantley intentionally set a fire inside a vacant apartment in the city of Hornell last Thursday afternoon. In addition to arson, Brantley was charged with two counts of reckless endangerment.
No one was injured in the fire.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
