Steuben County Man Arrested on Potter Warrant

A Steuben County man has been arrested on a warrant issued out of Yates County.

43-year-old Wayne Skinkle, of Addison, was arrested in Montour Falls on an outstanding bench warrant that alleged he violated his probation out of Potter Town Court.

Following his arrest, Skinkle was brought to the Yates County Jail to await CAP Court Arraignment.
