A Steuben County man has been arrested by State Police after he allegedly had a romantic relationship with a 14-year-old.
Keegan Yoerin-Royal is accused of using Snapchat to facilitate the relationship with the minor. He is accused of disseminating indecent material to a minor that led to sexual contact at a secluded location. The 21-year-old Addison man was charged with criminal sex act, disseminating indecent material to a minor, and obscene sexual performance of a child, all felonies, along with misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a child.
Yoerin-Royal was taken to Steuben County Jail to await CAP arraignment
