A Steuben County man was ticketed by Penn Yan Police following a traffic stop.
William Burlew was found to be driving a car while allegedly having a revoked license. It is also alleged that the 30-year-old Savona man was not compliant with an ignition interlock restriction. Burlew was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating without an ignition interlock device.
Burlew will appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
