The accident happened at around 2 o’clock on the morning of September 30th. A Cayuga County Sheriff’s Deputy who was on patrol came across the accident while on patrol. It was determined Lawson Henderson was intoxicated when his car went off the road, struck a guard rail, and overturned. Henderson was released on an appearance ticket for Sterling Town Court.
