A town of Stanley woman was arrested by the Yates County Sheriff’s Office on an active warrant out of the village of Penn Yan.
Christina Elwell was wanted on a charge of criminal facilitation.
After being taken into custody, Elwell was brought to the Yates County Jail to await CAP Court arraignment.
