Police in Seneca County arrested a driver after they witnessed her allegedly driving a car without headlights on.
An investigation determined 38-year-old Angela Lightfoote, of Stanley, was driving while intoxicated at the time of the incident.
Lightfoote was brought to the Seneca County Jail where she was processed and issued an appearance ticket on the charge of aggravated driving while intoxicated with a BAC of. 18% or higher.
Lightfoote will appear in Waterloo Town Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
