Stanley Woman Arrested on Bench Warrant

The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Stanley woman on a bench warrant issued out of Farmington Town Court.

The warrant for Lynette Kornbau’s arrest stems from her alleged failure to appear on a vehicle and traffic offense as well as criminal possession of a controlled substance charges. It is alleged Kornbau failed to appear on multiple occassions.

Kornbau was sent to Ontario County Jail following her arrest on Sunday to await arraignment.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
