A Stanley woman who was at the Ontario County Jail was arrested by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies placed Lynette Kornbau under arrest for a bench warrant issued out of Farmington Town Court.
After being arraigned at the Ontario County CAP Court, Kornbau was released on an appearance ticket for Farmington Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
