An early morning traffic stop in Ontario County resulted in the arrest of a Stanley woman.
During the Sheriff’s Department’s roadside investigation on State Route 332 in Farmington, they found Lynette Kornbau to allegedly be in possession of cocaine. It was also determined that Kornbau’s driving privileges were suspended.
Kornbau was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. She will appear in Farmington Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
