A 19-year-old from Stanley faces charges in Yates County following a one-car accident in the town of Potter.
According to the Yates County Sheriff’s Office, Alexander Webster was found in the driver’s seat of a car that was found in the southbound ditch on State Route 364 at Ingram Road just after 3 Thursday morning. Webster was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI under 21, unlawful possession of an alcoholic beverage, and moving from lane unsafely.
Webster was brought to Yates County Jail to await arraignment.
