The investigation into a physical domestic altercation that took place at a Bagley Road residence in Rushville on Tuesday resulted in the arrest of a 30-year-old Stanley man.
Brandon Chabot is accused of striking and choking another person at that location. He was charged with harassment, criminal obstruction of breathing, and aggravated family offense.
Chabot was brought to the Yates County Public Safety Building to await CAP Court arraignment.
