A Stanley man was arrested by Yates County Sheriff’s Office following the report of a possible intoxicated driver in the area of Vine Valley in Middlesex.
After deputies pulled over Gary Parsons, Junior, he was placed through a series of Standardized Field Sobriety tests and was then brought to the Yates County Public Safety Building for a chemical test.
Parsons was charged with DWI Common Law and Aggravated DWI and will appear in Middlesex Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
