A Stanley man was arrested Saturday night following a reported domestic dispute in violation of an order of protection.
The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office says deputies responded around 10 p.m. to a County Road 20 home, where their investigation determined the incident happened in the presence of children.
Deputies arrested 45-year-old Timothy Spacek, charging him with criminal contempt and endangering the welfare of a child. He was taken to the Ontario County Jail to await arraignment in CAP Court and will answer the charges later in Seneca Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
