Stanley Man Accused of Interfering With Police Investigation

An incident at Patty’s Lodge on State Routes 5 and 20 in Canandaigua on Wednesday resulted in the arrest of a 35-year-old Stanley man.

It is alleged that Brett Arden attempted to prevent public servants from performing an official function.

Arden was charged with obstruction of governmental administration and appeared in CAP Court for arraignment. He will appear at Hopewell Town Court at a later date to answer for his charge.
