A Yates County man is in police custody after being involved in a standoff with law enforcement on Sunday afternoon.
After being arraigned in CAP Court Sunday for a domestic incident that happened on Saturday, Raymond Perry is accused of immediately returning to the State Route 14 home in Milo and remaining there. Following a two-hour standoff with local authorities, Perry was taken into custody without incident on charges of burglary, criminal contempt, and aggravated family offense.
Perry was brought to the Yates County Public Safety Building to await another CAP arraignment.
