A joint investigation by the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office and the county’s Department of Social Services resulted in the arrest of a Spencer woman.
33-year-old Felicia Presutti was charged with grand larceny as a result of the investigation.
Presutti was arraigned in Schuyler County CAP Court and released to appear in the Village of Montour Falls Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
