A Wayne County woman was charged with criminal mischief after she was involved in a domestic dispute by causing damage to the victim’s motorcycle.
It is alleged that Brieanna Sciarratta contaminated the fuel system and cut numerous components of the motorcycle’s electrical system. The damage reportedly exceeded $250.00.
The Sodus woman was released on an appearance ticket for Sodus Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
