A Sodus Point man was arrested on a charge of public lewdness for an incident on Saturday in the village of Newark.
50-year-old Scott Gessin is accused of exposing himself to others in a public place and urinating on a car that was parked in the area.
Gessin was brought to the Wayne County Jail for arraignment and was released on an appearance ticket for Newark Village Court.
