A Sodus man faces charges in Yates County after police responded to Pulver Road in the town of Italy for the report of a man unconscious in his parked truck with his foot pressed on the gas pedal.
65-year-old Phillip Johnson was placed through a series of Field Sobriety Tests and was subsequently placed under arrest.
Johnson was brought to the Yates County Jail for a chemical breath test and released on appearance tickets in Italy Town Court for charges of DWI Common Law and DWI BAC above 8%.
